The QueerHustle Collective

Ever Wondered where all the other Queer Womxn* Entrepreneurs are?

Wonder No More.

It’s the first queer-led community of its kind.

It’s filled with queer womxn* who mean business.

And, it will give you magical powers… (results on this not guaranteed)

Are You Always the Token Queer?

We’ve all been there, the only queer (sometimes the only womxn*) in sight at conferences and in business-related communities. Many of the people who attended our last event said they’d never even met another queer womxn* entrepreneur before.

It’s not that we can’t function as the token queer, but it’s not ideal. The challenges queer womxn* face are unique – and it can be pretty lonely to navigate everything on your own.

  • Are you figuring out what you want from life and wondering how to create a business to support your dreams?
  • Are you sorting out what to offer and how many products/services you need to sell in order to hit your income goals?
  • Are you having a bad day and feeling like no one understands?
  • Do you feel like you keep getting stuck at the same roadblocks?

The QueerHustle Collective will provide a space for you to come sort through all of it.

Relying on google to solve your problems is boring. Implementing the “solutions” you found on Google is unreliable. And, asking your cat for backup NEVER helps.

Thanks a LOT, Purrnest Hemingway.

But…What if you never had to rely on a Google search to overcome those obstacles again?

(Because you really, really don’t.)

Welcome to your new Business Family

Believe it or not, there are more of us out there. And now we have a place to connect with each other outside of the bar scene 🙂

The conversations, collaborations and friendships that are born in our spaces are the first of their kind – and they’re only going to get more powerful.

If you spend Friday nights working on your website instead of going out on the town, then you’re in the right place! Allow us to introduce ourselves.

“The Collective has been a breath of fresh air”

The QueerHustle Collective has been a breath of fresh air for me. A few months ago, I put out the intention to meet other queer women who were really going after it in their businesses and doing amazing things. Something pulled through because I found this group and it has not disappointed! I get so much out of the monthly calls and the group chats and really enjoy contributing to others’ progress. The members of this group collectively have an enormous amount of wise business info to share, especially in regards to rocking your online business and the day-to-days of managing your own business. I’m grateful for this group!

We Are QueerHustle.

This queer-led community is the first of its kind. We exist to provide a safe space for impactful queer womxn* and allies in business to discover their own awesomeness, create businesses that make the world better and kick some ass!

We are here to support you on your noble quest. Whether your goal is world domination or simply to make some extra money for vacation, we’re here for you! And hey, vacations are always good.

Clarity and Community

When you’re running your business every day, it can be hard to know what to prioritize. There are endless to-do lists and moving parts. Often, we focus on the easy things first – leaving the real money-making tasks for later (because sales calls, yikes, amiright?)

But those money-making tasks will make-or-break our businesses (and dictate how many vacations we can take!)

In the QueerHustle Community, we talk a lot about these priorities. We help each other break down our to-do lists and prioritize properly. Then, we create plans to help each other succeed. We believe in the power of the group to help each other overcome the blocks that have been keeping us stuck.

It’s a journey, and we’re all in this together.

We’re Experienced

In addition to rocking out QueerHustle, each member of our team runs their own individual businesses. We are in the trenches with you! Everyone in the community is working hard on their own thing. We’re experiencing wins and losses right alongside you. We can talk about them together and come up with mastermind solutions we wouldn’t otherwise have access to.

What is the Collective?

The Collective is a community of queer womxn* who run businesses, freelance or work in a job where they want to collaborate with other queer ventures. We have a private Facebook community and coming soon, a directory of preferred partners.

There are a variety of topics to choose from, and conversations to join.

  • If you’re writing a book, we have experts.
  • If you’re working on a website, we have awesome and friendly “tech people” to help you out.
  • If you’re looking for clients, we have a network of people to help with referrals.
  • If you can’t stand the thought of writing another sales page, we have people for that.
  • If you want to build a community, we have someone for that too.

The list goes on. If you have a challenge, we’ll find a solution to help you overcome it.

What Our People Say

“QueerHustle creates a needed space for queer womxn entrepreneurs to connect, support, and show love for each other. I really enjoyed the inagural event, excited about the future ones, and being apart of the QueerHustle Community!”

– Jai N Bryant

“If you ever get the chance to go, I highly recommend it. You’ll walk out with new friends, connections, insights, ideas, and the urge to kill it at your craft.”

– Barbara Galletti

“The QueerHustle Collective is a great place to find other queer women who mean business. I’m tired of those free groups filled with unresponsive members. The Collective is a really great resource for queer women who are serious about what they’re working on and ready to connect with other like-minded people. I LOVE it.”

Fabulously Asked Questions

Q:What kind of opportunities can I expect inside the QueerHustle Collective?

We’ve got a variety of businesses and topics inside the community, and more joining all the time.

From podcast interviews (you’ll be asked to feature on the QueerHustle podcast when you join) to collaborations and referrals, to speaking gigs for events around the world, we are a group that likes to keep it in the family!

Q:How many events will there be?

Right now we’re running one conference per year, but the Collective has a live call every month.

Q: What is a womxn?

Great question! We use the iteration “womxn” to include cis-gender women, transgender women and non-binary folks who feel most comfortable in female spaces.

It is difficult to find a single word that everyone approves of, but we feel this term best encompasses our members and those we want to bring into our community.

Q: Can I join if I'm not a queer womxn*?

We know it’s probably obvious, but “womxn” includes trans women. We also welcome non binary folks who feel most comfortable in female spaces. We are now accepting allies into the collective as well!

Q: Can I become an affiliate for the QueerHustle Collective?

Not yet but eventually, yes! Right now we’re still getting that bit set up 😉

Q: Can my partner join for free?

Right now, one membership is for one person.

Q: Can I get new clients and customers inside the community?

Absolutely! We are all here to help each other. While this isn’t a pitch fest (a code of conduct does apply, to keep things fair for everyone), we will have designated threads where you can talk about your offers and promos. We also actively refer our friends to other members of the Collective!

Who is this for?

We are proud to be curating a community full of unique and positive individuals. If you have a “can do” attitude, are excited about your goals, are looking for a group of like-minded people, and are interested in being supported and supporting others on their journey, then we would love to have you!. This community is all about sharing: laughs, experiences, wins, losses, and more. We can’t wait to see you inside.

Who is NOT right for this?

While we are an inclusive community, we are not the right fit for everyone. If you generally have a negative attitude, or see the limitations in things rather than the possibilities, we’re probably not for you.

If you aren’t looking for help with your business or aren’t willing to participate in a community of change makers and entrepreneurs, then you’re in the wrong place.

The good news is, if you’ve made it this far down the page, you’re probably a good fit for our community. 🙂
